ALLOY & CARBON STEEL C45
ALLOY & CARBON STEEL C45
C45 is an unalloyed medium carbon steel, which is likewise a general carbon engineering steel. C45 is a medium quality steel with great machinability and with highest tensile properties.
C45 steel is by and large supplied in the black hot rolled or occasionally in the normalised condition, with an average elasticity range 570 – 700 Mpa and Brinell hardness range 170 – 210 in either condition. Due to absence of reasonable alloying components, it doesn't respond properly to nitriding.
Amazing size exactness, straightness and concentricity consolidate to minimize wear in high speed appications.
